We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products we offer. We may change product descriptions or pricing, or discontinue any product, at any time.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment card, and/or the same billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email address and/or phone number provided with the order, and we will refund any amount you have paid for the cancelled items. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available”, without endorsement. Any use of optional tools offered through the site is at your own discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which the relevant third-party provider offers them.

We are under no obligation to keep comments confidential, to pay compensation for them, or to respond to them.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.

You agree that your comments will not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, and will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material or any computer virus or malware. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone else, or otherwise mislead us or others about the origin of any comments. You are responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

11. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate, at any time (including after you have submitted your order). If we cancel your order for this reason, we will refund any amount you have paid for the cancelled items.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where we are permitted by law to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods or supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid for the goods.

14. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the other prohibitions in these Terms, you must not use the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to take part in any unlawful acts; (c) to breach any Commonwealth, state, territory, local or international law or regulation; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, disparage, intimidate or discriminate against anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or get around the security features of the Service or any related website. We may terminate your use of the Service for breaching any of these prohibited uses.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

This section is subject to Section 13 (Australian Consumer Law) and applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, from time to time.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law, all conditions, warranties and representations that might otherwise be implied are excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G2G Recovery Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the website or our products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify G2G Recovery Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers against any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising from your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party, except to the extent the claim is caused by our own negligence or breach.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be severed from these Terms. This will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

18. Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before the termination date survive the termination of these Terms.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them at any time by telling us that you no longer wish to use our Service, or by ceasing to use our site.

If you fail to comply with any of these Terms, we may terminate them at any time and deny you access to the Service (or any part of it). You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

19. Entire Agreement

If we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that does not waive the right or provision.

These Terms, together with any policies we post on this site (including our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Refunds Policy), form the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Service and replace any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, including earlier versions of these Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

21. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.

We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. Changes will not affect orders placed before the change was posted. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
